I broke down and upgraded to Poser 8. Yea, it was a minor glitch or 2 getting it up and running, but I installed the latest bug fixes and it seems to be working fine. I did a couple of quickie test renders with complex figures and jacked up the settings on the lighting. I’ll admit, I’m impressed so far. P6 could never have handled what I test rendered, and you have to just love that indirect lighting. Damn, but that is just frakking cool! I’m working on a new image, my first with P8, but I have not had much time to play. Maybe this weekend I’ll get it done. It’s a departure from my usual stuff. I thought it was appropriate with a new program.
So far, I like P8. We’ll see how it goes.

I’ve been insanely busy of late, so if I get to make even 1 image a week, I’m lucky. And that is only if the image is fairly simple. Thanks so much for all the faves, hello to my newest watchers, and thank you all for your support. I do appreciate it.
